This point of contact is staffed by people and is not exclusively automated. Illegal content on websites hosted by Lumeya can be reported through our report form. The competent Digital Services Coordinator in Austria is the Austrian Communications Authority (Kommunikationsbehörde Austria, KommAustria): RTR – DSA in Austria.

Consumer Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If a dispute arises that we cannot resolve directly, we will inform consumers of the competent dispute resolution body in accordance with Section 19 (3) Alternative Dispute Resolution Act (Alternative-Streitbeilegung-Gesetz, AStG).

Liability for Content and Links

As a hosting service, we are not responsible for content on our customers' websites as long as we have no knowledge of illegal content; as soon as we become aware of it, we act without undue delay (Art. 6 DSA, Section 16 ECG). The respective business is responsible for the content of a customer website (see its legal notice). We accept no liability for the content of external links; the respective provider is responsible (Section 17 ECG).

Image Credits and Fonts

The sample images on our demo pages were created with our own, locally operated image generator (AI-generated). Images on customer websites come from the respective customers or from their image generator orders.

Fonts: All fonts used (including Inter and Fraunces) are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and are loaded from our own server.
