Vertrag widerrufen (withdraw from a contract)

If you signed up for your Lumeya plan online as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of signing up, without giving a reason. Unlike a cancellation, a withdrawal takes effect immediately.

• You have paid nothing so far, so no amount is due. Your ordered plan ends immediately, and you use Lumeya with free access again, as before your order.
• For paid plans, this applies: if you asked us to start right away, you pay a proportionate amount for the time until you withdraw (compensation for value). Any payment beyond that, we refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal.
• With your contract number (from the order confirmation), or logged in with your account address, the withdrawal takes effect when you click Widerruf bestätigen (confirm withdrawal). Without a contract number, we accept your statement just the same; it counts from when we receive it, it does not expire, and we match it to your contract as soon as you log in or reply to us.
• We confirm receipt right away, here, with the content, date and time of your statement.
