Fairness at Lumeya
Here is what we promise you today, and how each promise works in Lumeya.
Price guarantee
Your price does not rise in the first 12 months after your first paid signup. With the founder terms it is 24 months.
The end of the guarantee is saved with your plan at signup (terms § 5.4 and § 5.7).
Price changes with notice
We announce any price change by email at least 8 weeks ahead and tell you why. Until it takes effect, you can cancel at the end of the current billing month. It only applies to future months.
This is a contract commitment in terms § 5.4.
Loyalty rule
For the same plan and payment cycle, you never pay more than someone who joins today. If we lower the price, it applies to you immediately.
At every renewal, your plan picks up the lower new-customer price (terms § 5.4).
Annual plan: reminder and cancellation
Before every renewal of your annual plan, we remind you by email 30 and 7 days ahead. You can cancel an annual plan at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month. We bill the months you used at the monthly price, up to the annual price you paid, and refund the rest. You never owe extra.
Reminders and refunds are calculated automatically (terms § 5.6).
Cancel without logging in
Use the cancel button to end your plan without logging in. You get a confirmation on the page and by email right away, with the receipt and the contract end.
A public cancellation form is available (terms § 6.2).
Withdraw without logging in
If you have a right of withdrawal, you can reach the withdrawal function without logging in, separate from cancellation. We confirm receipt right away with date and time.

Take your data with you
You can download all your account data as a file, any time. Your password and session keys are left out for security reasons.
Data export is in your account settings.
Clear features, a deliberate choice
Before every order, you see the features, price and billing period. Additional credits or storage are listed separately and only added after your explicit confirmation. The A/B tests for your homepage are already here, find them under “Your split tests”. A complete rebuild has a fixed monthly allowance per website (Start 2, Wachstum 5, Standorte 5). We do not highlight any plan as “recommended”.
